Nic Fortkamp has over 16 years of experience in the real estate field and is excited to be part of the Keller Williams Classic Properties family. He grew up in Upper Arlington and attended college at Franklin University where he earned a B.S. in Economics with Cum Laude honors.
As a real estate professional Nic has had the opportunity to work in the fields of residential sales; multi-family, commercial and industrial appraisal; and low income and tax credit housing. Having a broad range of experience has given him unique perspectives and innovative ways of thinking when representing clients.
Nic lives in Upper Arlington with his family and is deeply engaged within his community. He is an active community leader who serves as the Vice President of Leadership Upper Arlington, Secretary of the UA Alumni Association, Trustee of the UA Education Foundation, Founding Board member of EqualUA, and helped create UA’s first Communities Relations Committee.
